Overall, I am grateful to have this Starbucks location in our community. It is a standard Starbucks and features a drive through. I waited 17 minutes for a cup of coffee at the Los Osos location. When I ordered the screen did not show my order or a price I had to ask the employee this is not the first time this has happened. When I get to the window they made the wrong drink!! Again this is not the first time this has happened the last time it happened I waited over 20 minutes for an over priced cup of coffee. The woman was rude when I told her my drink didn't taste right. She rolled her eyes, I don't know her name but she had blonde, shoulder length hair and boy does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I'm done wasting time and money on this place.
