Ordered a venti shaken espresso, asked for them to fill it to the rim since I’m paying $6 for a drink. The cashier JJ said that’s how it’s supposed to be due to the foam-_- I’m an avid Starbucks customer, lies! They just didn’t want the hassle of doing another drink, but if you’re not gonna do it right the first time why should I have to reap the consequences SMH. 0 star on customer service from JJ, no sense of logic or critical thinking skills. Her solution was to pour more milk, my eye twitched I couldn’t believe the idiocracy. Her passive aggressiveness is going to make this business rating go even lower than it already is. Fantastic location! All of the baristas are very kind and helpful! The customers, on the other hand can be quite rude and demanding, I was just waiting for mine and another customer changed his order completely and got upset it wasn't ready at the same time. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The coffee was so disgusting, no flavor. The tables and floors was nasty and sticky. Employees was rude and unprofessional like they didn't want to do they jobs. I would not recommend this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Enployee was so rude. He yelled at me across the lobby after I waited for my drink. I ordered 3 items and my order was put out 1 item at a time. When I waited for my 2nd drink he ridiculed me for waiting. I had to ask him to stop talking to me out of sheer humiliation. Shameful! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
