Ordered a caramel frappe and have never been so disappointed in a drink. First off, it didn't have any caramel! Secondly and obviously, it didn't taste like caramel. Was a super bland coffee frappe. Very sad that McDonald's can do an amazing job and yet Starbucks can't. The 1st time in 2 years been and will not go back. Don't see what all the hype on Starbucks is Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This place has a Bad/Energy Vibe, everyone (except the Caucasian lady with tattoos - I think she is a supervisor is nice 🙂👍🙂, and the middle age lady - both work in the morning are Nice) everyone else has a Horrible Attitude and Negative Vibe!!!!! Ordered a PSCL, got something completely different, went back to return it, and the a.m. barista took like over 20 mnts to get me my drink. I love Starbucks, and this one in particular is very great. The service was a bit slow on getting my drink out even though I ordered ahead on the app. Yes I did wait until the time that the app say my drink was going to be ready and even 5-10 minutes after that. I think it’s because they were short staffed because it was only four people working and it was kind of busy. They did a good job though. That atmosphere is always nice in the store and restroom is always clean. Going to this location for so long and when you asked for modifications, THEY DON’T DO IT. Even though you paid $6 for a refresher. It tasted like a big cup of water and 1 pack of sugar in it Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I have been coming here for years and even thought help changes, their service is consistent. Location is super clean and their coffee is always fresh. Many people remember your ordering habits and ask you if you want the usual right after they welcome you as you walk in. The atmosphere is pleasant and many people meet here for more than just coffee (studying, business meets, friendly chats, etc.) Get some Starbucks today Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly I want to say, The employees at this establishment SUPER NICE! I am grateful to know that there are still employees out there that LOVE what they do and They bring a positive Vibe! I went this morning to get my coffee and from the drive thru all to when I got to the window, The employees were GREAT! And When I got my coffee they left me this note. This honestly means a lot, and It just made my day! It’s the little things that make it go A LONG WAY!

A bit busy in the morning, but very good. Nice place to have a drink a coffee. -1 star: place is a bit small. So you can't avoid the noises of people even if you are in a corner. If that does not bother you. It is a very good place. I liked it.
