Make the iced vanilla lattes correctly please, you guys used to make them so well! The lack of customers doesn’t mean you need to slack on making a coffee correctly. Don’t make the experience horrible for the paying customer.

I read the previous review and I couldn’t agree more. It’s ridiculous to not have a bathroom for customers who come to the establishment. There are NO tables anywhere to sit. You may as well just close this down. Also the service there is a little too desired. On our way home from a 400 mile drive I wanted coffe, we stopped in. I stood there and the gal asks me if I am waiting for an online order. I say no and she takes my order. I give her the name for the drink Jim and she was like Gem? NO JIM ! Then I am standing there, standing there and still standing when I looked out the window and my husband was like WTH? So I motion with my arms in the air and another gal must have seen me do this because then the barista who took my order says “oh she just ordered a caramel macchiato” like really? Finally I get my drink and I order the, extra hot and I took a drink and said this is not extra hot. Then they want to argue with you. I will NOT ever step foot in the Starbucks again. It’s absolutely crazy. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a mobile order put in before going to work. Both drinks were made wrong, but I called and the server named Nina was very apologetic. She even offered to remake the drinks and deliver them to my work! That is going above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. The remade drinks were correct and amazing! Another wasted stop. Starbucks is converting of their cafes into these stripped down drive through only stops. The picture showing a display case with sodas and snacks is out of date. All of that has been removed and there is nothing here but a pickup counter and storage area. There is NO WAY TO TELL from these listings what you’re going to get when you go to Starbucks, it’s a total crapshoot. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
