Multiple issues with extremely longer waits than mobile order estimates, like 30+ minutes. Is there not a way to update the app to show correct pick up times? Employees are clearly overwhelmed and then get short/rude to customers. My husbands drink was incorrect and the guy gave him the death stare for asking for the quick fix (not a remake) Also, not the stores fault but closes at 5pm, when other local ones are open until like 8. Why does the company do that? It makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect from each location. Within the same city they have like 3 different close times Service: 1
