Chaos every time I visit the Kelch Drive Malta, NY location. Today may be the last time I visit after waiting 25 minutes for drinks that never were made. Ended up asking for a refund and got drinks elsewhere. This was an off peak visit too, mid-afternoon and few people in DT and cafe. The floor at this location always looks confused, messy, and full of waste (from a lean process perspective as well as mis-made product). Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
