My husband and I go here about once or twice a week and the service and drinks are always great. During peak hours they do struggle sometimes because it can get REALLY busy, which can increase wait times to 30 minutes instead of the usual 3-5 minutes, but that's a staffing issue, even when busy they are often kind and efficient. We always see Kailey and she makes us feel welcomed and remembers our orders and names:) Overall, great Starbucks, and it's why it has become a regular weekly treat.
