Drink was pretty decent never really order food from any fast food places. Service was pretty decent very long line lots of people working line probably should have moved a little bit faster. Atmosphere way too overcrowded way too many people not enough tables. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

My experience at Starbucks was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pistachio latte, but was given a matcha latte instead, which tasted absolutely disgusting and terrible. The mix-up in my order and the poor quality of the drink left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. It's unacceptable to receive such a subpar beverage, and it reflects poorly on the service and attention to detail at this Starbucks location. Update: Chai tea frapp was watered down and tasteless. I ended up throwing it away after drinking it only 1/3 of it. Batista forgot to sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.. they took some time to make it and I thought they'd pay attention. i usually come here a lot but this time i came in the hot chocolate was done but i waited an additional 15 mins for my frappachino and it wasn’t even double blended now my mom doesn’t like starbucks so i can’t get it !!!
