Customer service is awful. This is the first time where I had an issue with a refill and no “sorry” was offered. Regardless of policies you should be able to relay information with being empathetic about any situation. The manager should be talked to about this. And on top of that when I agreed to pay, the coffee was awful I was over it and asked for my money back and she shortened me 10 cents. At that point t I just left. Unfortunately this is the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. (This is about the manager which has blonde hair and was not wearing a name tag so I couldn’t get her name) this occurred around 2pm Food: 1 Service: 1

When I went, they had no cold brew, no espresso, and no regular coffee. Just tea and their fruit drinks. I've never had this happen at a Starbucks before.
