This particular Starbucks very rarely gets the drinks right because most of the time they miss the correct ingredients. For instance, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order the London Fog Tea here, they forget to put an ingredient, sometimes it's the vanilla syrup and other times the correct number of tea bags, and sometimes both; I'm not sure if they don't know how to make the drinks or they just don't.care about the quality of their drinks. The last time I was there, I asked them to please make my drink again becauae it was missing the vanilla syrup AND a tea bag, it tasted like diluted hot milk; I honestly didn't mind paying for the drink again even though it was not my fault. Unfortunately they're not very friendly and don't apologize for their mistakes. I very rarely experience these type of issues at any other Starbucks locations in the Bay Area. So, I think it's time to go or order somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
