I've never been to any Starbucks as dirty as this one. Tables seemed they've never been wiped. Bathrooms were filthy. There was a leak fro the garbage on the floor that created a large puddle. It was brought up to the attention of the staff, eventho the place was not busy nothing was done. I was surprised that there's still sugar mixed with matcha powder in America! I usually don't complain about staff because we all have bad days. However it's not the first time that the service provided by Robin in east Vienna Virginia store is very unpleasant. This guy isn't welcoming or helpful at all and speaks in an arrogant way. Terrible customer service. He was snarky and attitude. He even act like he was the store manager.
