Had a wonderful dinner at the Spotted Duck. The chicken meatballs were wonderful and very generous in size. Duck was absolutely delicious as was the pudding cake. Kudos to the chef. Our meal was disappointing. My duck was overdone, so I told our server I didn't want to try another attempt. He seemed annoyed and didn't seem to understand that. 5 minutes later, he came over with another duck dish, saying that there happened to be one ready. I wasn't in the mood to argue, so I accepted the plate. The duck was cooked correctly, but it was very bland. The $42.00 price was ridiculous for 5 bite size pieces of duck.Certainly not worth $42.00 for 4 pieces. We had the Zeppoles for dessert, which were also bland and burned.
