I ordered 3 pulled chicken sandwiches. All the hard rolls had mold on them. The chicken was the most dried out chicken I've ever had. I had the man serving me put what he called his homemade BBQ sauce on the side. Homemade BBQ sauce LOL all it was is water down ketchup. I also ordered a half pound of brisket. The brisket was the driest pork roast I've ever had as well. There was no seasoning or smokey flavor at all. The owner said he's been in business for 21 years. This must be a hobby for him. Also not sure how he stayed under the health department radar for the past 21 years. I will never return to this horrible food truck. Went last night and the Mac and cheese was delicious; the brisket and ribs were tasty but very tough. The brisket was cut into almost medallion size pieces and it took a good minute to chew. The ribs were not trimmed and still had the silver skin on them and were also tough. Not as bad as the brisket though.
