My wife and toddler sat down and mentioned it was our first time visiting. I did not have a good time tonight. First of all my family was never offered any refills the entire visit. My toddlers food came out 10 minutes after my wife and I's food. I had to go get the young waitress 2 times to ask for things we asked for at the table and then at the end my wife asked for two boxes to go and she walked by our table 2 times without the boxes and started wiping tables instead. We had a reservation for 10 and when we arrived the staff had no idea about our reservation. When we finally got seated, they only had one waitress (Lizzy) This girl was taking care of the ENTIRE restaurant and doing the best she could do!! We waited over an hour and a half for our food. Had to use plastic utensils because there were no dishwashers. I blame the MANAGER that was on staff. I took my Pizza to go because it still wasn't done by time the rest of my group was done. There was an acrylic nail in my salad tonight. 🤢 And it ended up in my mouth. I called and spoke with a gal who said she would credit back the salad or I could come get a new one. I said I wanted the entire meal credited. She said she did not have the authorization for that. No manager was there and would have to call back sometime next week. I asked which day she would be back and I was told she could not give out her schedule. Why wasn’t the cook wearing gloves? Will not go back again. So I have a strange persons nail in my mouth. If management isn’t making staff wear gloves, do they even make them wash hands. Service: 1

Ordered pizza wings for the first time since I was a teen and it was delicious. Wings were super crispy like I asked and the pizza was great. The bartender was also super attentive and so sweet!
