Sonic served us some BURNT footlongs... I went in with photos of the hotdogs asking for my replacement and they said there's nothing they can do without the receipt or the name of the manager that I spoke with. I don't know what the deal with this place is. Every time I go there's no one manning the drive thru. They're sitting somewhere in the store and I've had to knock on the glass to get their attention. Then they also give you the wrong food. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'm gonna have to find a different place to eat as they are not professional here.
