We were on a road trip heading north from Padre Island. Thought we’d stop in and get a shake and a hot fudge sundae. This particular sonic didn’t have the ability to make shakes that day which I thought was kind of silly. Seems like that would be a top priority for a hamburger and ice cream place Anyway, the lady said no we can’t make shakes so we decided to just get the hot fudge Sundae We said no to nothing else but a hot fudge sundae. we sat there and sat there and sat there. Three other cars were served before us. We finally had to hit the button and say hey where is our hot fudge sundae, the voice at the other end says well “there’s nothing on the screen” ??? So, in other words, they never made our hot fudge sundae so we just drove off and went on down the road to Dairy Queen. Got everything we wanted there are these the kind of people that are getting $15 an hour and they can’t even complete a simple task? I like DQ better anyway Service: 1

This was the one of the most disappointing food experience we've ever had at Sonic. Firstly both of our burgers were not hot. It was obvious that the burgers had been pre-cooked and were lukewarm. The medium fries were a small order in a medium. The milkshake as pictured below was a strawberry milkshake with the top 1/3 of it mixed as strawberry the bottom was just vanilla ice cream. It's a good thing that it came with a spoon because it was not consumable through the straw. This was a disappointing experience. I went here an order a chili dog combo. Hotdogs was sour and nasty.. and was fed to my dogs. I let them know and they supposedly was going to refund my money.. and give me coupons.. they did neither. Do not eat here. This was the last straw for me and no more chances to this sonic after multiple issues over past 2 years.. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.. 5 star for the service I received when using the app. Love the app by the way! But let's talk about the vanilla iced coffee. 🤮 Bitter and strong. I ordered it for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I will not order that drink again. Everything else was good.

The customer service is terrible in the mornings. When I went a couple of weeks ago, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. I went back this morning, and it was the same. The girl answering the speaker sounded psst off from the start...and the girl bringing out the food seemed to get mad because I asked for ketchup. I understand working in fast food is tough especially when it is busy. But I was the only car there, and I am more than happy to tip when I know that person cares or is at least trying. I won't be back.

The customer service sucks! Everyone has an attitude and doesn’t know how to make someone feel happy to be there. I’ve worked in the food service for more than 10years and haven’t seen this bad of customer service anywhere else. The machines are for the part broken and don’t work. There always running out of ice cream. The soda pop machine is either very out dated or the employees don’t care enough to fix/change it when it’s low an not working correctly as I’ve gotten multiple drinks that were bad and sour tasting like water instead of soda pop. This place needs new workers and or a new manager that actually care about delivering the best food/drinks/ and service. Service Dine in

Staff was respectful. Nobody was rude. They got my food out pretty quick considering they were packed.
