Ordered through the drive-thru which is a bit funny because it's a sonic but I placed my order pretty easily but the wait time was a bit more than usual considering I didn't see that many people parked around. Enough negative though, got my order entirely correct. The burgers weren't greasy and bun wasn't soggy and it tasted pretty good. The fries were probably the best part, they're not stingy with the salt or the ranch. I genuinely just don’t understand why this place can’t get it together. 30 minute wait for a sundae, 2 drinks, and soft pretzel sticks. We are one of 2 cars here. It is 7:30pm on a Thursday night (no rush). It’s disappointing because my kids love this place but I KNOW, deep in my soul, that it will NEVER be a quick experience. Saw their double cheeseburger on special for $1.99. Ordered 1 just to check it out. Worst cheeseburger I have ever had. Both burger patties were barely warn and had been cooked and setting for at least several hours. The 2 slices of cheese were cold and not even melted at all. Will never go to Sonic again.
