I pulled in and there was only 1 car there, I pressed the red button and started waiting like the screen told me to. There should be absolutely no reason why I say there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order when there's only 1 other customer there. Laziest employees ever. I feel like when I order cheese (or chili) tots I should get cheese (or chili) on my tots. More than half of the tots don’t have anything on them, and there’s enough tots to make a medium but not a large! I paid for a large I should get a large. It’s frustrating. By far one of the better Sonics, we have been too in terms of service, attitude, cleanliness, and time waiting. The food was great too.. except.. my daughter got the chicken strips kids meal and I got the jumbo popcorn chicken because I do not care for the straps and they are crunchier.. since I didn't eat for 10 mins into my drive I didn't realize that my popcorn chicken was legit tore up chicken strips. I know some will say they are the same thing and they are too an extent. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I got the burger and fries and no drink. I ask the carhop about my drink and they said she would go and get me one. When the car hop came back they said it would cost me $2.91 more. I told them that I paid for a meal so why would it cost me. They said I didn't pay for a meal even though I ordered one.
