The the service was good the girl that waited on me was great however when I got home I tried the new barbecue cheeseburger it was awful it tasted like paper. Then I tried the 6-in Coney Dog it too was cold and not as good as I remember. Not sure what was going on last night but it was a bad night for food. Typical fast food, but I think the burgers are better than most fast food joints, and there's a bigger selection of food as well - breakfast items, hot dogs, burgers, sides/appetizer type items. Do not go to this location. What a disappointment. I've never had something bad from Sonic, until this place. Only two or three cars were there. It was around 8PM on a Friday night. I ordered a large peanut butter shake in the app, drove up, and waited. I was hoping to start sipping it before heading out on the road. Over 15-minutes later, the shake arrives. By then I had to scoot, so I drove off. Around 10 minutes down the road, I took my first sip. I didn't taste any peanut butter, but I thought it was just weak. Nope. There wasn't any peanut butter. And I paid almost $7 (including tip). I have never had this issue at a Sonic, and I go to one AT LEAST once a month. The food was great. However, as usual for the Waveland store Service is very poor, they do not care about you at all. If you ask for anything they roll there eye's and take there time bringing it to you. Food came out fast. Good temperature. Servers were dressed very appropriate and smiled. Small issue with one of our orders and they made it right immediately! Seems they were properly staffed. They gave me a Old Hamburger and it was not right and the manager would not talk to me when her employee gave her the phone they hung up in my face I guess they don't like Black People the bread was soggy cheese looks like it been on there for days they going to make people sick. My husband tried to take me to another sonic I said no not ever
