Ordered the Double Quarter Pounder and it was basically two patties with very very little condiments on it this is the first experience where I've had that it was pretty bad ordered a large fry and apparently it was the last of the batch because I didn't even have a fry long enough to dip in my ketchup Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The wife and I normally don't have any problems, but I must address this one. We ordered on the app and waited 25 minutes, we pressed the red button and asked what is the status of our order, we were told it was on the way. We got home and everything was stone cold, fries and tots were soggy and the chili on my chili dog was hard and dry, clearly been sitting at the restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is the second time in two weeks I have stopped in at this Sonic chain. Both times I ordered mozzarella sticks and both times I have asked for marinara sauce. Both times they have failed to place the sauce in the bag. Additionally, this trip my significant other ordered a coney chili cheese dog. They also “forgot” to give plasticware so they are unable to eat the food. I realize I should have checked the bag. But I also believe they are a little pricier than most fast food restaurants and should have better attention to detail. I will not be going back to this Sonic for quite some time. When asked for a tub of ketchup you get a tiny thing equivalent to about 2 pkts of ketchup. We had a large onion ring and a large tater tot......that's all that can be offered?? MV sonic given you a Styrofoam cup full of ketchup for their tub. Otherwise wp sonic is always fantastic. Quit being stingy with your ketchup! I like Sonic food when it is fresh and hot. Not always that way here. They have a horrible time taking your order because they won't stop to listen to what you want. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I visit Sonic Stores frequently as I travel often for work and I travel out of state to visit family frequently. Sonic is fast, efficient and always has what I need. EXCEPT West Plains Mo. West Plains has failed the last four visits. No Oreo Cookies for my child to have a blast. No buffalo chicken bites that ware advertised adamantly on the screens. No art 44 cups?? Can’t get my order right? This is not a company distribution problem, I would experience it across the board at all stores. This is a West Plains problem. Lack of proper management. Lack of planning. Lack of ordering adequate supplies. YOU KNOW your customer volume!! YOU KNOW in advance you have big events in town. BE Prepared! Do better West Plains!! You give a good food chain a bad rap and leave a bad reputation for a good company. After being let down 4 times in a month I’m speaking up. Get it together. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I went here the other day with the mobile app and ordered a burger with no cheese and a medium fry. I received a burger with cheese and a large fry (not complaining about a bigger size though!), honest mistake but I’m extremely lactose intolerant and can’t eat cheese so I ended up having to scrape the complete top part of the burger off. Sonic is pretty overpriced for the food quality, and only about half the times I come here the food is fresh. The service is great though, the lady who gave me my food had a smile on her face the whole time and even complimented me. Overall I would come back but probably just for the drinks. I usually love sonic, for the shakes and drinks. Today I decided to get the Sauced Honey BBQ chicken. My friend used to order it so I know what it looked like. Well what I got was what looked like some popcorn chicken with a little sauce thrown on it. If that's what I wanted I would have ordered the regular popcorn chicken with the side of sauce and dumped it on there.
