This is genuinely the best sonic I’ve ever been too. I’m so used to waiting 20+ minutes at other sonics but with this one it took only 2minutes. The employees that took care of us were Anika and Kelab. My friends and I are very amazed and cannot stop talking about it lol. For real the best service we have ever gotten at a Sonic Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sonic is usually pretty good. Today they missed the mark completely. Ordered via the app and all was well until my food came. At no time did they tell me they were out of a condiment which is supposed to come with the item. I had to call on and request it and was then told they were out of it. Had they told me when I checked in or even when they delivered my food I would have selected something else. Instead, their lack of communication has cost them a good review. This was our first time to Sonic since it opened in Eustis & we were pleasantly surprised. The food was brought to us hot & was very good.
