i got an iced coffee and it tasted so sour like it was spoiled so i asked for a new one thinking it was just too much syrup in the drink but after i drove off i drank the coffee and it just tasted so sour and gross. didn’t get to drink my $5 iced coffee :(

Paid almost $5 for a coffee and it was sour. I kept trying to drink it but it was just gross. Tasted old/expired. I told the lady at the drive thru and told her I was sorry and she told me that “she made it yesterday so it’s not sour” then gave me a hot plain small coffee when i paid $4.32 for a large iced coffee and kept trying to take back the sour one. First off the female manager needs to brush her teeth and have simple hygiene I almost threw up when she went to hand me my food. When I got my food it was cold so I asked her to remake it for me and she refused saying she shouldn’t have to remake it if she just made it… I told her that it wasn’t fresh to me and she just didn’t care. I asked for the manager and when she told me she was the manager I didn’t have much hope so I just drove off.. I’ve heard from several people this place is awful I should have listened… can we bulldoze it down for something new??
