I arrived and pulled into one of the stalls looked over the menu and then pushed the red button. A lady came on and said for me to wait just a min. (the drive thru had 1 car and 2 other stalls had cars) 15 minutes later I left... Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Service: 1

I came there at around 1am at one point in time and decided to order some burgers with my friends. This was a while ago and I remembered that the burger literally tasted like somebody physically smeared feces in one of the burgers and I immediately threw it out. Idk what kind of sick prank these ppl pull but that is inhumane and disgusting. I wasn’t even mean to anybody I thought I was a kind customer but ig they felt the need to pull that weird stunt. They're always fast, even when they have you to pull up to complete your order. NOTE- check your order before leaving! The drive thru is way more accurate than using the drive in kiosks, but still triple check . For whatever reason the kiosk order is almost always incorrect. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I've ordered twice from here thru Uber Eats while im down in Statesboro for work. The first time, my milkshake was forgotten. This time, the drink and two marinara sauces were forgotten. Partially on uber eats for the driver not reading the receipt. As shown in picture, one marinara when 3 are on receipt. And no drink. update on order: Chili and cheese is lacking. Not sure who the cook is making these, but they shouldn't be doing it. I worked at sonic in high school and its not that difficult to make a chili cheese coney. Sometimes they’re amazing, sometimes they’re not. It’s been a good while since I have been here, so I stopped with my elderly mother today for lunch. The food was alright even though the #3 I got didn’t look like what I’ve gotten before. The service was my concern. We looked at the menu for a while before ordering. When the lady was taking our order she seemed rushed. It wasn’t her tone or how she said anything, but she made comments like “do you need a second to look at the menu” and things like that. It just felt rushed and like we were taking up too much time. The person delivering food was fine. Atmosphere and establishment was fine even with the rain. Willing to give them another shot, but will probably take a while before coming back again. I would recommend you go elsewhere. We personally will not be back to this Sonic!! I ordered a Strawberry Cream Slush. See picture of what I got!! This is ridiculous!! Already left restaurant and part of the way home, and was so frustrated, I decided I didn't want to turn around and go back. Also, if you do visit this location, make sure you count your change. This visit and the last visit, we had to ask for our change. The last time was nearly $10.00 in change and when my husband questioned the cashier, she said she gave us our change. My grape slushy was good. The All American Dog was not fresh, side of the bun ripped, to much ketchup and mustard, not enough onions or relish. My order was not completed as ordered, I was given a chilli cheese dog instead of all American dog, waited another 5 minutes or so to get correct hotdog, to still get a ragged hotdog. NEGATIVE STARS first off. whoever took my order was extremely rude. i come here once a week and have never had this bad of service. i always order buffalo sauce on the side for my nuggets for 50 cents. well for starters this lady literally kept telling me no they do not have buffalo sauce. just wing sauce? like yes i know that. hints the reason i order it on the side. but then to top it all off. i get my food and it looks like this. nuggets are hard as a brick. and what onion rings. this is just pancake batter. i also was not done ordering before she just hung up on me after the sauce situation. so when my food came out and i noticed my sauce was not in there i pushed the button again. and was told it would be 1.50 for a side of sauce. (NEVER has it been that much) also was not allowed to use my card to pay for it. it “had to be cash” i am sure it was pocketed for the “inconvenience”. but when i handed them a 20 for my 1.50 sauce i was only given back 18.24 so they also do not know how to give change back apparently. did not receive a receipt either. literally threw all our food in the trash it was so bad and went to KFC. (highly recommend you to just drive the extra 20 yards).
