My daughter ordered food for herself and I and my two grandsons. We only got ours. No kids food. It was DoorDash but someone didn’t give them all the food. So she got a refund and reordered the boys food. She had to pay extra to get it delivered faster. Not happy with the whole experience. The cashier Kendra has an attitude. I went through the drive through and instantly she's annoyed with serving me. She then gossips to her coworkers about it. Not to mention that she has my food and drink order wrong giving me different size cups with the same thing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and she gave me tenders. If she's gonna act like that then she needs to find work elsewhere where that's tolerable. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

1-31-24 10:20 PM My 1 Garlic Butter Burger was good and hot... But the drive-thru was slow as hell... Not to mention the customer service was on a negative rating scale... I suggest choose a different location for a chance at better service because this isn't my only bad experience at this one. Three times already, early evening and only drive through. Poor service considering it’s called Sonic Drive In! Change your name to Sonic Drive Through. I just spent $25 at your competition Freddy’s steak burgers. Won’t spend $ at Sonic again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nena is the best that Sonic has, and I am referring to Sunrise ,East Valley and Northeast Las Vegas Nena gives the best, most accurate customer Experience you will receive from a sonic I see a good amount of reviews posted with negative comments.
