I ordered tatertots, a hotdog, a cherry lime ade, abd a grilled cheese. I got 3 burritos, 5 hamburgers a cherry lime ade, no sauces. I ordered this on a *sunday night* There is No rush. Absolutely Everything but the drink was wrong. Do NOT go to this location. They either don't care or are too high to even be able to tell a hotdog in no way looks like two breakfast burritos. If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered 2 simple strawberry shakes on Uber eats. Took over and hour to receive a order which wasn't even what I ordered and I'm a simple 10 minute drive from there if not less. Will never order from them again. We’ve been sitting in line for 2 hours waiting for our doordash order. They’ve handed one order we had out to the wrong person and had asked us multiple times witch orders we had. People are goofing around, dancing, laughing with other coworkers and there is still a huge line of costumes, the line wraps around the building and we’ve already had 2 orders cancel on us from the wait. Very disappointing

Worst customer service in the city. I have attempted to eat here twice now. The first time, they kept canceling the red button without taking an order. I left after 15 minutes. 10 minutes longer than most people would have waited to order. The 2nd, they brought me the wrong food. Found a sharp white plastic in my drink. Went thru the straw when I took my first drink. Contacted the manager/supervisor in charge acted as the whole situation was perfectly normal , “they’ll just refund me “ they are just lucky that wasn’t my 5 years old drink.. ( couldn’t refund me because my $13 order was to large the amount to refund) Food: 1 Service: 1

Short wait from ordering to getting my food, which was great because I had a customized burger. Food was freshly made and tasty. Staff who brought it to my car was nice, friendly, and had a big smile. All were much appreciated after a day of traveling. Ordering tvs dont work, 3 ice creams took 45 min to get to us. Unpleased x loyal customer. Workers were great just very under staffed. I will not be returning. Management and or owner needs to figure this out. Totally displeased! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Total lack of caring, during food preparation. Order the fritos wraps. I understandnif they are $2 but come on put some chill and fritos in the wrap! ( we added the sour cream and jalapeños at home) they charge to much! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I've never been to this sonic and I don't usually frequent them. The service here was amazing! We went for happy hour and got shakes. The young lady who brought us our drinks was awesome! She was super sweet and went above beyond! She deserves recognition. The type of service we got you can't even get at a nice sit down restaurant. (I didn't catch her name but she is 4 months pregnant. Just fyi for store management). The shakes were great and the setting was nice with the sun setting behind the hills.
