Ordered food as usual, they were reasonably busy. Order 2 sonic cheese burgers, 1 large tots, and 2 medium vanilla shakes. Cheese burgers appeared leftover and were cold, tater tots were cold also. Took 10 to 15 minutes after order board read headed out to us. Never received this poor quality of food at this location before we will give them another opportunity in the future however if we receive food like this again I'll never go back! Went down hill since Jodi doesn't work there anymore. Got yelled at because they couldn't hear me. I didn't want to yell at them. I know how it is working in customer service but no one deserves to get yell at. Do better south side Sonic. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
