Soha cafe located in Tuzla Turkey. It is one of the few places in Tuzla that you can smoke shisha / nargila in it. You need to order a drink with your smoke. There is a small trace where you can sit outdoor and smoke. The place is small but the stuff working are very friendly. You need to prepare your google translate as stuff there do not know a single work in english. I went there twice during my stay in Tuzla, They also serve beer but it is not tasty at all.
