Wonderful customer service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Greenville smoothie king to anyone looking for a cold treat and friendly staff.

Usually this location is on point. The staff is friendly and the drinks are correct. But today my smoothie is full of chunks of ice and considering I’m on a liquid diet right now due to dental surgery that super sucks for me. My kids are in the car so I don’t have time to go back and have it corrected. Super disappointed.

My first visit. I ordered a extreme cherry smoothie with strawberries. It taste like bananas. No where on the menu said anything about bananas nor did the store employee. For a 10.00 drink I wanted cherry tart Cherry. I didn’t want banana YUCK 🤢 I won’t be back . So gross

Four of us decided to go to the smoothie King location we checked on what time they closed drove half an hour to get there as we were pulling into the drive-through the car was leaving when we got to the window we were informed that the car in front of us was their last customer for the night confused I said it’s still 14 minutes till nine. Their response was we’re allowed to close 15 minutes early we’re not serving you. then they shut off the mic. I wouldn’t talk to me.

I would recommend Greenville Smoothie King to all my friends. The manager, Bree and Ryan go over and beyond to make sure that our employees at our office always have a good experience with their favorite morning smoothies. Very friendly and always offering a variety of different things to try.

I went to the Greenville Smoothie King this morning and went to the drive thru to give them my order. When I asked of they were doing the free Smoothie for Veterans day the lady sighed extremely loud and said yes. I proceeded to order my Angel Food Smoothie and wanted it in a large. As I was saying that she rudely cut me off and said that is was for a small only. (Totally like it was an inconvenience for me being there) I then asked if I can pay the difference. She again rudely answered me and said yes. I was the only one in the drive thru and then went around to pick up my Smoothie. She then acted like she was doing something and never acknowledged me for about 10 min. The lady finally came to the window and I gave her my CC she snatched it out of my hand and processed the payment. The lady whose name I believe is Bryana (name on my receipt) then rudely asked for proof that I was a veteran. (Which I have no problem doing) but it was the way she asked and demanded me to show her my Veterans card. I will never patronize this establishment again and I will post this on several media boards and warn Veterans not to patronize this establishment.

It’s the 2nd time I get a an awful drink in less than a two week period. The first time, the lady was able to replace my drinks with new ones (she was nice, she gave me Two free drinks coupon for our next visit). Today, we pick up a lil angel for my little one. Well it taste bad. I don’t want a replacement or even a free coupon. I just want my drinks to be done right the first time. That’s it!

I love going to this smoothie king very often with my husband. There is one employee I truly think is the best one. But today, I did an online order, and I paid with the app. I came there at 7:20 and waited till 7:25 and the were not open still. I guess someone slept in. It is a good location but today made me really disappointed as I was looking forward to my smoothie that I paid for..
