I had the Moo Mac. Mac and Cheese was fire. The brisket a bit dry. Would like to try it again on a busier night. Thrash Can Nachos were a very large portion and very good. Wife and I saw this place had a epic nacho plate, we headed out during a dinner rush, but sat at the bar, so people with family's will have a wait, we shared the trash can nachos? (see pic) and it was good, we got the brisket add on, and it was good but cold like it sat waiting for a bit, but delicious none the less, the bartender was nice, and staff was pretty good, prices are actually really reasonable. Rick our server was amazing on V-day. The food is amazing. Only thing we will pass on is the brisket (too fatty on some parts and very dry), pulled pork (a little dry) and pork belly (too sweet). The smoked wings and ribs were fantastic. The pretzel bite and beer cheese was our fave. Also, the jumbo cocktail shrimp with the ghost pepper cocktail sauce. What a great name and food! It's an old Applebee's/Chili's or TGIF, converted and turned into a BBQ joint. I believe it's run by the same family that does the Flippin Cow and Chubby Trout. Both are great, non-chain restaurants. I highly recommend all 3 restaurants. The food is excellent. Well proportioned, great sauces. Service was good, even on Valentines Day. Get the red velvet cake! It's quality food, real and served quickly. Good flavors, worth checking out. Absolutely delicious food and great portions. I wish I would’ve had some salt for the mac & cheese but other than that everything was perfect. The butt Mac was delicious, the pulled pork was so tender and flavorful. The cornbread was everything I was hoping it would be and the butter that they give you just sets it over the top.
