Food was very good - enjoyed it. However, this was the WORST service ever. My waitress NEVER came to check on me. I'd wave her down to get refill - never brought anything - had to go to bar and get it myself. Then - same thing with check ---- tried to wave her down --- nothing --- had to get up and go get owner/manager to check me out. Overpriced food and disrespectful owner. Owner had the nerve to tell my wife to eat at McDonalds it’s cheaper. All because we disagreed on a small $7 charge that is not mentioned or placed in the menu’s. He just decided to add it to the ticket and not mention the extra cost. They raised the BiG Easy price $25and made sure to put that in the menus but not an extra charge for sauce. Instead of having customer service skills and handle the disagreement calmly and respectfully he decided to disrespect his customer.
