Smash Meals makes my life so much easier. These meals has helped me stay on track with my fitness journey and keep the weight I’ve lost off. It takes all the hard work of tracking out of the equation…no more spending hours in the kitchen on Sunday meal prepping and I can actually have variety instead of eating the same meals for 5 days in a row, I couldn’t afford to do that if I had to buy all the ingredients for 5 different meals. I can’t say enough about the customer service, as they have been so friendly and accommodating! Food: 5 Service: 5

I've been so grateful for these meals. I am Type 2 diabetic and have to hold within certain carb limits. I love the convenience of excellent food, easy pick up and within my dietary restrictions.
