Excellent local coffee spot. Skip the Dunkin and Starbucks, go here instead. The latte I had was delicious, and if I wasn't watching my diet, I would've crushed a plate of pastries. Great selection of teas too, both hot and Iced, as well as bulk beans for home brewing. Service was quick and friendly. The Market itself is a great spot, but if I had any complaints, it would be that Sky Roast could use its own spot; it would make a great little stand-alone coffeehouse. But as it is, it's a perfect addition to the market itself and the town at large. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Kinda bummed to see “don’t squeeze bags” sign on their whole bean take homes. Coffee people definitely “squeeze the bag” and check the dates…..which were about a month old. Our experience was more style than substance. Bummer. Coffee was about average.

Wonderful place to meet a friend for breakfast or coffee/tea. I'm a tea drinker myself and it's rare to find a cafe which pays as much attention to the quality and variety of their tea as they do their coffee. I also love their open faced breakfast sandwiches.
