With only one photo to capture a memorable meal out of six, Silver Dish Thai Cuisine continues to impress. The tofu pad Thai struck the right balance—neither too soft nor too firm, a tricky feat well-executed. Flavorful and enjoyable. Equally delightful was the spicy basil shrimp fried rice, both showcasing a perfect protein-to-meal ratio. Seated a group of 6 without a hitch, even though plans originally aimed for 10. The waitress was friendly, contributing to the positive experience. The restaurant maintained a clean and welcoming atmosphere, making it a go-to spot over the past few years. Cute little Thai restaurant. Very calming colors and atmosphere. The food was delicious. I ordered Panang Curry and some mango sticky rice. Both gorgeously presented and yummy! Service was great. This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the Provo area. The restaurant is pretty small with limited decoration, but the food has always been delicious and I’ve never been disappointed with it. I love getting the mango curry or pad Thai. There is plenty of parking along center st or nearby, and it’s nice being in a convenient central location. The last time I visited the service was chaotic because it was Friday night and they were understaffed, so they were just bringing out random dishes to whichever tables as they finished, and so I had my food like 8 minutes before the person I was dining with. But given it’s a small business and it was busy, I felt like things like this happen sometimes. Extraordinarily underrated!! I couldn't resist trying the Lychee Curry. Now it's my go-to when I want savory but also summery. It's very very good. I ordered it with no meat, just vegetables, which included bell peppers, bamboo shoots, broccoli, snap peas, and cucumbers. I enjoyed it very much. We truly enjoyed the service, the staff are warm and welcoming 😊 A bowl of soup is a large, family style portion. I thought I'd mention it since I'm used to small, appetizer-sized soups, but the soups at Silver Dish could constitute a whole meal for one or a side for several people. This place is fantastic. We travel almost 50 miles round trip to eat here, and are NEVER disappointed. My favorite is the Massaman Curry, and my husband really likes the Pumpkin Curry, but everything we have tried has been top notch. The service is fast and friendly. Food was good. Wait time was a bit longer than expected due to how few customers were there. Wait staff were nice. The decor was cool and fitting for thr style of food. Beef and broccoli was a thin sauce and a bit disappointing. Deep fried egg rolls were delicious. This food was delicious. I want to go to more Thai places but this place was great. The staff was super friendly and gave some great recommendations. The potstickers were nice and crunchy, but I loved the Yellow Curry. I chose the chicken as a protein option, and the bamboo shoots in it were also great. The drunken noodles were also really good!
