Just walked in the door maybe 20 minutes ago. I ordered the bacon and cheddar quiche, and a honey oat milk latte. Both of the items were so classic and simple, and amazing. The quiche reminded me of something I’d eat at my aunt Emmy’s house (amazing cook), and the latte was literally perfect (honey oat milk). The perfect temperature, just the right amount of honey (which also tastes like a local high quality honey), and the espresso is smooth. I was having a rough morning, and as soon as I took the first sip of the latte, everything got better. I rode my motorcycle up from Cedar Rapids to work and get some wind therapy, and now I have to bring my wife back. Wonderful place, wonderful people. I’ll be here for another couple hours eating and drinking along the way, so I’ll post an update later!

Jefferson site , with a drive through, on a Saturday had only one barista. Not her fault but had over a 30 minute wait stuck in the drive through with no way to get out to leave vs waiting. She deserves all of the days tips and not to split with anyone! Will not ever come back to this site.
