I think this is the best fried chicken I have had so far. To me, this is a very authentic fried chicken as I had in Taiwan. The cook time and temperature is perfect that makes the chicken juicy and not oily at all. They can help to cut it in pieces or as a whole. They even offer options for chicken thigh or breast.
