1st time here and I am so happy I stopped by. My only advice is to put more garlic in the cups. If the garlic cup was close to the top it would have been plenty enough for my bread. You can never go wrong when you go to Shibam. The food is great. The service is good. Friendly faces, excellent service. I really enjoy going there with my family. They have a lot of variety of different types of food. Even the kids have food that is accommodating to them. Came first week as a party of 7 and had the shibam family tray and some sides. All meats and the signature Yemeni lamb haneeth were juicy and well seasoned. The also bring our fresh baked saaj bread that pairs nicely with their humus and garlic sauce. Service was friendly but a bit scattered understandably with it being the first few days. Price was also quite reasonable. No need to drive an hour down to Dearborn for some good Yemeni food anymore, the flint area has a solid one. I am also looking forward to trying their breakfast!
