10/15/23. It is a 7-11 now with attached Whataburger. It is a nice large station, and all appearances from the outside is that it would be a nice place to stop. Stopped in here two days in a row, the store really is in bad shape and not well kept or cleaned. Yesterday the men's restroom had no paper towels, there was a watered up paper towel in one of the urinals. Today, about 23 hours later, the paper towel is still in the urinal, there still is no paper towels in the men's room, and the store does not look like it has really been cleaned in quite a few days. They probably get a lot of traffic because of the location, the size, and the fact that Whataburger is attached. However, that does not mean they don't have time to clean, as much business as a store must do they should be able to at least hire additional help to help clean the facility, not just a restrooms but the whole store.

Dirty place, Disgusting bathrooms. I would not eat any of the foods or drinks they make and serve there.

Fueled up here on the way to our destination. On the way back we stopped for a restroom break and the bathrooms are disgusting! Nasty toilets, toilet paper all over the floor & no soap in bathroom. Very misleading being the outside looks great, with the exception of an overflowing trash can.

All pumps PAY INSIDE. 2 cashiers working, 1 of which was eating behind the counter, 15 people in line. Stop here if you hate your life and have endless hours to wait for fuel.

The bathroom was so filthy. Each stall was overflowing with used toilet paper on each sides of the toilet. The lady at the register, was down right rude. I would not stop in this store.

Pass this Place by if you need a Restroom Break.. The Dirtiest Bathrooms in East Texas.. Have noticed this Shell has been spiraling downwards for awhile.. Will never Stop at this Place Again!
