I just love that this gas station is open 24 hours! Not only is it convenient for the weird hours I work but I bet it’s beneficial for travelers as well! I am definitely a loyal customer to them because of this!

I do not suggest this place. They false advertise prices all over the store. For example, a Gatorade is priced at $2.79 a piece or $4.50 for 2. They rang up $3.50 a piece and they WILL NOT honor the venders marked price when i brought it to their attention. They've done this with their gas prices, in the past, as well. I've dealt with it for a year or so now because they are so close to my home but I will not be returning. There are 3 other options for fuel with in a mile or two and they are usually cheaper for most merchandise anyways.

updated: Howard refuses to accept passports as a valid form of ID. He threatened to call the police after I provided a valid driver's license. My passport & DL are both valid thru 2024. Howard still denied service a week later. Waiting for an update from the corporate 888 phone number.

Went to grab a coffee yesterday, asked for cream because the cream machine was empty. The woman was so rude to me and told me to dump my cup in the pop machine. Never would shop there again!!!

Wow.....what an experience. Go in there today. Get my items about $11 worth in beverages. Ask for a bag......she completely refused! Than handed it to me and made me bag it myself. Bad enough it smells like septic in there. What is that!?!?! The pumps rarely work or leak everywhere. The car reader NEVER work for half of the pumps. Not to mention the mold that we seen growing in thEirik soda machine month ago. They are good for 3 for $3 on soda and that's about as far and safe as it gets.

I rarely go to the 2 shell gas stations in Freeport illinois do to the poor attitudes of every single employee that works there even the manager

I like this Shell a lot. The employees are friendly and know what they are doing. They know their regular customers. Also free air.
