Spirit tasting was incredible, unique flavors, the dry gin was my favorite wish I'd bought a bottle. Awesome service, subtle but nice atmosphere. Would go again if in town & highly recommended

Had a phenomenal cocktail! Their house spirits are not that smooth, but they will probably get better as they age. What's frustrating is forced tipping. If your employees are so fantastic, you should pay them more instead of forcing the public to. Our service was great, and I would have probably tipped more if it wasn't for this concept. I get that it's "optional" but just makes it weirder.
Edit to rude owner's reply, like many others: "I would like to opt out of tipping you." Sure makes for a weird conversation and a poor business model. I wish this place cared about their employees more.

After visiting this establishment several times, i brought some out of town friends there for dinner Friday night, and was very disappointed. Shedcat used to have very high quality food. Well, they recently changed their menu, and everything is now poor quality Cisco food. $22 burger was made from a mass produced frozen burger patty, the salads went from fresh and delicious, to absolutely underwhelming. Their wings used to be delicious and came with 3 homemade sauces. Now, they are served with commercial style sauces and are no longer made with their house rub. This place must be trying to cut corners because I was once a huge fan, and now I won't be eating there. Their cocktails are still good, which is the one positive thing I will say. They charge a 20% service fee, but you have to get up and order your food at the bar. Shedcat, you can do better!

I'm glad that they are coming together. It was nice to finally get to taste their personal brews. A bit more affordable now. Hopefully they can eventually bring back some of the fancy foods in the future, but doing good in the meantime.
