First-time customer. My 91 year old mom wanted to stop there, hoping for a chocolate malted milk. They provided exactly what she wanted. I tried the black and white malt, and that was good, too. Burger choices were interesting, so will have to stop back and give something else a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Firstly, I want to note that I'm a petite woman who eats less than 1600 calories daily. I don't eat much at all. These portions are super small with excessively high calories. I ate a smoothie bowl from a different restaurant with my small, unfulfilling burger. Food tastes great but is excessively expensive, considering the minuscule portions. The place was dirty and cold. I have never eaten in a restaurant where a coat is needed. Changes I suggest: ■Warmer climate ■Prices to correspond with the portions given. ■Staff needs to clean more often. ■Larger straws for shakes. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a to go order. Specifically requested tomatoes and received one slice of the smallest tomato. That little little tomato would have been fine if it was not the only one. With so the other options around I wouldn’t choose this place. I came in about 5 to closing expecting food for some reason and was upset to find that the grille had been shut off already hence the time and nobody was to be seen in the parking lot so I’m sure they assumed the night was done but when they told me I was being rude and passive aggressive kind of but to my surprise the worker came back with a free burger pass for each of us which more than made up for it! They remained very professional even after my attitude and continued to serve me as best as they could even offering the cold items. Overall I was very impressed by the end. The food is amazing. Their smoke shack burger is my all time favorite. Because everything is made to order, and this location is usually busy, be prepared to wait. This is especially true at peak times. They finally put in kiosks to order from, so that speeds up the process. If you want a great burger, you can't go wrong here.
