Birria tacos are delicious! we use to come here all the time before me & my fiance move to texas 2 years ago. the food here in texas is not that good but we are moving back to CA in a few months & this will be the first place we will go to! cant wait! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Birria Taco Tuesday. Six of these soft tacos are $7.43 because of card fee. Parking could be tough to find since it does get busy on Tuesdays. Spanish music playing in the background. Not a lot of seating, but tables are clean. Birria is tender and filling. Their salsa has a spice kick, but it dies down with some water. Right amount of consommé on the tacos. I’m glad that BBQ place couldn’t help me because I found a hole in the wall gem 💎 @SenorBirria This place is located in the corner of a strip mall just outside of LA in #Downey #CA I knew it was promising when I saw a simple menu. The kind of place that specializes in one thing really good. Before I could order I was getting great reviews from their patrons waiting for their orders. In the time I’ve been here the door has been swinging open and closed with customers not even looking at the menu. I knew this place was gonna be good. The only problem is I have to work my booth tomorrow and can’t eat until the morning!! Torture at its finest! They where accommodating and packaged everything separate so I can heat it all up and make the #BirriaTacos in the morning. I also ordered a hard shell too for a #TacoDorado I couldn’t wait, it smells so good! So I had to do some criminal activity and chew on a sample of everything and spit it out.. I can’t have anything in my system or I’ll be spastic at my booth tomorrow.. I was right it’s a gem 💎 the meat melts almost like a slow cooked beef tongue melts. Very tender and the flavors are on point. The salsa is on point too. It has a spicy kick but it’s subtle enough to taste the flavor of the dried chilies 🌶 they used. Red onions and cilantro is a first that I’ve seen in a restaurant. I’ve done it at home before. It works here perfect. When you combine it all into a bite they become a separate flavor on its own. I haven’t even added the home made tortilla yet. Breakfast is going to be good tomorrow.. you’ll have to wait for those pics.. Where do I begin??🤤 Mouth watering Birria Tacos!! I ordered the Crunchy Birria Tacos alongside an order of the Consome (Broth) and oh my goodness they are “D” licious!!! With all that’s going on well you can’t eat inside but they do have a few tables outside. I made the 45 minute drive to try this place and it was well worth it!! I didn’t eat there and I was extremely surprised when I finally got to eat, the tacos were still crunchy. Everything was delicious and it’s definitely a place I will be going to again!! Friendly service with Delicious food!
