À propos
UC Davis Arboretum is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this bar after long walks. Try tasty gazpacho, sea bass and pork chops. Serving good bread pudding, fruitcake and vanilla ice cream is the hallmark of Seasons. Delicious chardonnay, beer or bourbon are worth trying here. Clients visit this place to taste great chocolate frappe or good juice. The cosy atmosphere of this spot makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. This bar is ranked 4.3 within the Google grading system.

GMO produce... no thanks!
TLDR: Do not go here on Valentine's Day and if you give them a chance, don't sit near the bathroom. I want to give Seasons a 1-star review based off my experience on Valentine's Day, but I do like this restaurant and want to see them succeed. Their wait staff should be praised as I am sure they had to deal with complaints all night. The thing that bugged me the most is only if you complained loud enough did you get the attention you needed as well as deductions to your check. It's unacceptable not to do this for all impacted by the Valentine's service. Read more below. The Valentine's Day service ruined what was meant to be a special day for couples. We had a reservation at 7:30pm and the line was out the door which I had never seen at Seasons before. I think we were seated 30minutes later. We were immediately served water, but the waiter took a very long time to take our order (for a prefixed menu, we didn't need that long to choose). The time in between each course was unacceptable. It would take almost 30 minutes for each course. We weren't served the main course until 9:30! 2 hours after our reservation time. I understand the staff was overworked, stressed, but it would have helped if they had better planning and practice beforehand. It seemed to be their first time ever doing something like this. I expected more out of a seasoned restaurant like this one. The main course was not what was described on the menu and it was anti-climactic (barley risotto which should have had squash but didn't and hasselback potato with ny strip). We didn't leave until 10:30 so our dinner took 3 hours. 3 hours on a week night when we had to get up at 5am to go to work the next day! I was so tired I had to call in sick the next day. It's ridiculous. That should never have happened. What's even more ridiculous, is that only if you complained loud enough did you get any type of compensation or attention. The couple next to us would voice their displeasure every time the waiter came by. He even glared at us when we got our soup course before he did. I did not appreciate this. I know his bill was heavily discounted due to his complaints because I heard him say as much. My fiancée and I did not want to add to the stress so we didn't want to mirror this customer's obnoxious behavior, but we were feeling the same on the inside. This was supposed to be a special night and it wasn't. Why couldn't we have received a round of drinks on the house at the very least or a discount on our bill? Why does it have to only be the person who's the loudest? On a separate note that I would like management to handle: the bathrooms are not what I'd expect at a fancy restaurant. There's water (maybe other liquids) and tissue all over the women's bathroom stall. And if you have a table too close to the bathroom you can smell the cleaning products. The last time we went to Seasons we were seated near the bathroom, and I absolutely hated it. So please rethink and fix the issues there. I may give this restaurant one more chance, but all things considered I have good reason to never return. I wish Seasons luck in repairing this. I imagine it doesn't feel good to know that many, many couple's nights were ruined. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Was disappointed with nearly every dish my family and I ordered. I specifically remember the pizza falling flat, since the pizza dough was not crispy at all. Was excited to try out the new menu but this didn’t hit the the mark for me. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have been to Seasons several times in the past but there is a new menu to taste. The food was excellent and the the new chef did an excellent job. I would highly recommend giving the new menu a try. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
