Everyone in the town of Momence knows this, but if you are passing through, hit the brakes and pull in for the best popcorn ever! I absolutely love Cranky Mike's Popcorn! My favorite flavors are double cheddar, jalapeño cheddar and and dill. The Chicago area has some very famous popcorn, but Cranky beats them all! Of course they are not Cranky at all and you will find them to be very friendly with great service. There are so many flavors to delight the pallet and the corn is always fresh! Yum stuff! 😋

The only spot I go. And I love the "mean" worker at the register lbs. she's not mean at all but very direct and straight to the point. She opens up and is the sweetest lady you could meet !! Literally I come in to support her ! Don't let the negative comments stop you from going to get A1 food.

Customer service was horrible. The cashier who worked November 15th in the evening was very rude over the phone, when I came in she didn’t speak and was very rude in person, as well. I asked her if she was the one who answered the phone, she said yes, I told her I felt like she was very rude when taking my order. She said, okay and shrugged her shoulders. My thought process is if you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t take your issues out on the customers. I’ll never go back there again.

I would’ve give it 5 stars… but the cashier was really mean, didn’t want to answer a few price questions, but when male came in was all smiles and giggles… but the fried catfish is a hit!!! But the other cashier is much nicer

Horrible service, called to place an order at 7:37pm. Told the lady I’m 40 mins, I thought it was going to take some time to cook, so I asked if she could put the order in at 8pm. Mind you, she just told me they take their last phone order at 8:30pm. She questioned me with an attitude asking “well, baby girl are you gonna be here at 8:30pm bc if not..”. It states online that y’all close at 9 and she just told me they take the last order at 8:30pm, so why would you question if I’m going to be there? The only reason I asked her to put the order in at a different time was so my food wouldn’t be as cold when I picked it up. I don’t even give google reviews , but don’t work customer service jobs if you don’t know how to talk to people.

I had two great experiences! The lady that took my order was really helpful and friendly! Friendly customer service is always makes an experience great! The presentation of the food was great and it was delicious!!

I love the food. I thank God for this place. I bring all my friends and family here. I am here 3 or 4 times a week! All the employees are awesome! The customer service is off the chain good! The restaurant is so clean! It smells so good inside! Please add rice, grits and asparagus to the menu!

I bought a number 11 yesterday for dinner. Me and my mom we ate the dinner. Around 3AM, I started to throw up from 3AM until the afternoon. Also while throwing up, I also had to use the bathroom at the same time. It’s 8:27 now and it went to aches. I’m still aching right now. Please watch out for this food.

First patronage of this establishment, caught the #7 (2 T-bone steaks, potatoes, corn, and broccoli under $40). I have not had a more satisfyingly tasty and hearty meal in many years. I will visit them again this weekend for some more of their excellent food.

I have been here a couple of times and the always blow my mind. They are experts and everything is delicious. Taste so good you won't mind it's expensive. I have heard that there is some other locations that are not that good. That is not the case with this place. I always get a very generous portion of food. Very good 😊.
