This is the best coffee shop around! Yes, the food and drinks are delicious, but what separates them from the others is the employees. I find myself looking forward to my visits because the employees are always so friendly and wonderful, and are the perfect way to start your day. An added bonus is I know the line will move quickly and I don't have to add any extra time to my commute to account for delays. I can't brag about this place enough. The drinks are great. The cake bites are heaven. However, the staff: they are about as friendly as a staff can get. Such nice people. I go here weekly. And will continue to do so. Anyone who gives this place a bad review, just isn't happy in life with anything. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just this morning I ordered a hot coco and when I got to the bottom of my drink there were small plastic fragments all at the bottom. I drank some and immediately had to spit it out due to sharp flakes on my tongue. This is the first time anything has ever happened at this establishment to me and that I've heard of.

First off whoever designed their drive through needs to go back to school..besides the stupid curb (Aldi was smart and took it out when they built) leaving the drive through is terrible. Why would you make it so narrow especially since you enter and leave from the same way? I drink coffee with cream and sugar so that is the only item I can review but the price is right $1.09 for a large coffee is pretty good considering McDonald's large is $1.87. I do like my cream and sugar with my coffee so it was decent enough once I added both but their medium roast is definitely on the strong side and a little bitter. The coffee was over priced and both times I went there my order was wrong as well. I ordered an iced coffee and got it hot and not the way i ordered it. The young staff was not apologetic. I'll stick with exit 11 Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 2

Prices are crazy expensive for the size you get. I ordered 3 drinks and they were all just average at best. Turtle latte iced +1 shot didn’t taste like coffee at all was knock out sweet. Mocha hot with toffee nut, couldn’t taste the toffee nut at all and it was watered down. Vanilla cold brew with vanilla cold foam there was absolutely no flavor in this at all, not in the coffee nor the foam. The cold brew couldn’t have been cold brewed for as long as it should have been the color was very light. I know this is a new location, but this is an established brand with recipes.
