The food was good. The bloody Mary was okay but the service was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Alex Urbina was an EXCELLENT server! He was on it and answered any and all questions that we had!!! This is my second time eating here, and they didn’t disappoint me at all! The food is outstanding and so flavorful; I can taste the love for sure. Sherry, my waitress is such a sweet lady, she made me feel welcome and I appreciate that. This is my go to for lunch when I’m visiting Galveston, and you should too!! Service is immaculate and I look forward to next time. Oh and definitely try the patty melt, it’s melt in your soul good!!! Came here to say with my husband on our anniversary after day on the beach and it was a wonderful way to end our night. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. We both had the porterhouse steaks and let me tell you, they are HUGE. They were so juicy and delicious(medium rare) and were cooked to perfection. Their Mac and cheese is so creamy and cheesy and their mashed potatoes were so flavorful! Their bread and butter is so addicting you literally can’t get enough! Overall this place is 10/10! Ok where to start... went in got seated at table with food in seats. In every booth. . Acted as If we inconvenienced them to wipe it and the wine list full grease and food so I handed that to her as well told her. Upon lifting wine list was full water under it. She left nothing wipe it so hubby open silverware to wipe.. we finally sit down. We order drinks then food. They redid my filet twice green beans not cooked but crunchy raw taste. Manager handling it so I finally just boxed steak to go no veggies...son and hubby already finish eating... we had gift cards from Xmas gifts so we give to Manager to cash out. He comes back with waitress. They put my sons on seperate check. Manager hands me a get free appetizer card says he rang up my ticket and lost card with like 5.00 left that he rang up... so we go to leave I read the appetizer card it says free with meal purchase.... wait for it gets better.... it's gotta be used by 12/31/2022!!!! Boy looks like I got awesome deal... today is Feb 10th 2024!!! Your doing awesome Salt grass...
