I visited Salem Street Pub on a bustling Saturday night with a group of 11, including 8 kids and 3 adults. Despite the crowd, the staff managed a 30-minute wait efficiently. They accommodated our request for separated checks without any fuss. The drinks were flawlessly executed, arriving promptly and prepared to perfection. Most impressively, our food arrived without any hiccups, and it was absolutely delicious. Salem Street Pub ensured a seamless and satisfying dining experience, making it a standout choice for a lively weekend outing.

My partner and I were excited to try out this place in downtown Apex today for lunch. We tried to get a table but were told we could only go to the bar. When we offered to put our names on a waitlist, we were ignored and told that we could only eat at the bar because they had a large party being sat. We asked for a menu since it was our first time and as we were looking through the menu at the host stand, a party of 4 came in and requested to be sat. The hostess put their name on a waitlist right in front of us waiting- my partner asked if our name was on the list and we were once again told we could only sit at the bar. Disappointing, considering we were there first, were totally okay with waiting for a table, and there were some open tables. I understand being busy and needing to wait especially if there was a large party ahead of us, but did not understand why we were told that we could only eat at the bar when other patrons were offered seats/ waitlist for seats. We ended up going down to Scratch Kitchen down the street and had a much more friendly experience. Maybe we'll try again some other time when it is not so busy... Service: 1

My family went there for my son’s 23rd birthday and we had a wonderful time. Our beverages were delicious, our server was amazing and the food was great. The Cajun Shrimp was fantastic! We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a wonderful visit SSP Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Small town street pub with an industrial, warehouse vibe. Local brews on tap. The cider was light and crisp. The Brussel Sprouts were so tasty! I almost ate the entire app by myself. The Nashville Hot Chicken was good, although I pulled the bun off (nothing special and not worth the calories). The onion rings were hot and crispy, I did not regret that choice. The rest of the table ordered burgers, fries with gravy, and a salad. Good was delicious and hot. Service was phenomenal. Boutique shops line the sidewalk to walk it all off.
