Smoked euphoria. I've tried most of the menu and it's been super. If you're patient, it is well worth the wait. The wings, brisket, and pulled pork were smoked perfectly. Good folks cooking usually means good food. Glad to have them in the area. Saturday is my new favorite day

I moved to NY 11 years ago. I have had an incredibly difficult time finding good barbecue here. S&T is from the South or has family from the South. In other words, they know barbecue. They are nice and are happy to converse. They operate out of a food trailer, so don't be confused when looking for a restaurant. The barbecue is dry, meaning it has little sauce. The way barbecue is supposed to be. I had the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. I had the potato salad and collards, too. You'll be hard pressed to find better barbecue in NY.
