Usually I wouldn’t leave a negative review but this afternoon stopped to grab a drink for my fiancé, the lady at the drive thru window had zero personality and the Frappuccino was absolutely terrible compared to ours stop yesterday that the young ladies had made which by the way was amazing. However I did leave her a small tip hopefully that can remind her too be a bit more personable with customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First time here. Probably won’t return. Friendly attentive employee. Prices are reasonable. Seating is upstairs. It’s very clean. In my opinion, it needs some color or some music or some plants or something. They were out of lemonade, and for some strange reason they’re out of napkins - someone needs to do the inventory. Berries tasted off. Ice cream was a little freezer burnt. No trash cans only recycle bins so you have to wonder if you should throw your plastic and trash in there. They make the best banana split ever. All of the ice cream is good and the service is also very good.

Stopped in today. We’re new to town and this place is a gem. The chocolate ice cream is to die for! Perfection!

Goodbye starbucks! We've been here multiple times for ice cream after dinner at the Rusty Nail but just stopped by for a morning coffee. Phenomenal! The young ladies working are always sweet and the prices are so cheap. The drive thru is very convenient as well.

I used to really enjoy going there but the teenagers have really ruined my experience there. Every time I go there, they lie about not having flavors and the owners don’t do anything about it. I went there a few days ago and asked for a chocolate chip shake and it appeared that way but at the bottom there was cookie dough pieces. What if I had been allergic? They simply don’t care. And this has not been the first time something like this has happened. We have been told at the drive through they don’t have a certain flavor that’s listed on the website so we went inside and it was in there. This place is awful!!!! And I will absolutely be telling everyone I know not to go there.
