the workers on the black Friday were absolutely clueless. We walked in at 4:45 and didn’t leave until 5:20, and there was only one couple in front of us in line. It was unbelievable how slow they were moving, absolutely no sense of urgency and didn’t feel bad that they were making people wait 30+ minutes for 2 smoothie bowls. Id understand if there was a line out the door or something, but there just wasn’t. Definitely a bad look for this location!! Service: 1
