Walk in with my wife niece and I, we get told they are on a hold it will be 5 to 10 minutes for a table. Half the restaurant is empty. We get seated I always check the silverware and it was nasty spotted, dirty. I Order half rack, 6oz steak and fries. She orders chicken tenders and mash potatoes and a broccoli cheese soup. Niece orders kids pasta. Start with the $4.98 soup, cup wasn't full and with no crackers, most of the pasta was hard, medium well steak came out looking like rubber and well done, round and smaller than a McDonald's quarter pounder. $ 3.59 for a cup of coffee, wife only took a couple sips. Half rack and fries were ok. Niece ate most of my fries. I can tell the waitress felt our frustration, She can only do so much. Need to switch that dish soap to dawn. All the silverware looked the same. But wholey cow no quality at all, and for the price, I get the steak you get what you pay for. If I worked there I'd be embarrassed to serve that and whoever wrapped the silverware, just ewww.
